Quality of Life Nepal (QOLN) is a non-governmental, non-political but social organisation without profit motive, founded in 2000 by Ram Chandra Sharma and his Belgian wife Sabine Molemans.

The main purpose is improving the quality of life of the low castes of Sarangkot.  Ninety percent of the villagers live below the poverty line and are socially and economically deprived.  Most people have little or no property, and illiteracy is more the rule than an exception.

By providing better school education, medical care, drinking-water, economic projects and by funding the local governmental schools, QOLN helps to improve living standards of the children and their families in Sarangkot so that they get a chance to survive and develop.
